As a New York City family photographer, there is nothing more rewarding than documenting a family’s story over the years. This recent NYC family photography session was extra special—it brought one of my dearest long-time clients back to the very city where their journey with me began.

I first photographed this family inside their Manhattan apartment during their second daughter’s newborn session. That quiet morning, filled with soft light and brand-new baby snuggles, marked the start of a relationship that has grown with every passing year. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of capturing their milestones, personalities, and evolving style through many sessions.
Today they live in beautiful Basking Ridge, New Jersey, but New York will always hold a special place in their hearts. For this session, we returned to the city that started it all—bringing their three children back to the vibrant streets of Manhattan to celebrate how much they’ve grown.
